Outlier Mat Minute: Destabilization (Use Your Body)
Throwing your back to the mat is a powerful way to destabilize your opponent and set up submissions. However, when it goes wrong it can lead to you ending up in the bottom position. Whenever we implement this strategy, our goal is to create a route back to top position.
